Course Description

This course will focus on how to effectively represent a buyer, as a buyer’s agent, in a residential real estate
transaction. Course topics include: using MLS data to advise potential buyer as to the market value and choosing correct
comparable sales so that “apples are compared to apples.” Understanding the difference between a buyer’s market, a
seller’s market and a balanced market impacts buyer options; learning to compare the resale market to the new home
market and the importance of historical data in specific neighborhoods. Emphasis also placed on buyer’s agent
responsibility to client.
