back here, congratulations there, and hopefully, repeat and referral business later. It’s what we all strive for, but
sometimes not without financial pitfalls or risk.
Beginning August 17, 2024, while our roles might not have changed, how real estate licenses practice their business
with customers, clients, and other licensees will. This in-depth seminar discusses the various agent employment
agreements that have changed due to the settlement agreement between the National Association of Realtors (NAR),
various lawsuits, and ultimately the Department of Justice. This course is not a discussion of rates or fees, but an
explanation of the various changes to paragraphs in the representation agreements, their impact, and meaning for their
