Course Description

The purpose of this course is to show the use and relevance of various Texas REALTOR® lease forms along with
other leasing and property management issues. Students will be trained to competently prepare each paragraph of this
agreement. Upon completion of the course real estate agents can confidently present the agreement and forms to
property owners. In addition, they will learn how to effectively complete the leasing and property management
agreement and addenda.
